More ruffles! This is Whitney, the hostess at the Second Street Grill & also a fashion marketing student at Central. She looked so springy & cute in this green skirt with tiered eyelet ruffles, plus black lace high-collared top with black flowy cardigan and black leggings & flats. Proof that not all college kids live in jeans; that's so good to know. She told me that she has made some of her best finds at the Seattle downtown Goodwill store. Recycled shopping! I love it.Great, fun restaurant by the way.
